Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Luxury Premier Property Specialist role based in Makati. The role focuses on promoting and selling Ayala Land Premier properties to high-net-worth and discerning clients through personalized consultations, property presentations, and site visits. The specialist will proactively generate and qualify leads, build and maintain a robust client network, and nurture long-term relationships to support repeat and referral business. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client needs and investment goals, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams for updated project information, and ensuring an excellent end-to-end client experience. The role also involves attending events, trainings, and sales meetings, keeping updated with market trends and competitor developments, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship skills, including the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and maintain a professional, service-oriented approach.
  • Sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record or strong potential in consultative selling, closing high-value deals, and meeting sales targets.
  • Presentation and interpersonal skills, including conducting property tours, delivering compelling project presentations, and engaging confidently with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Market awareness and analytical skills, with the capacity to understand real estate trends, pricing, investment potential, and competitive offerings.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential client information and significant financial transactions.
  • Ability to work on-site in Makati, manage time effectively, and thrive in a performance-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Relevant experience in real estate, luxury sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required with strong relevant experience.
