We are seeking a Property Management professional to support the day-to-day operations of residential and/or commercial properties. This role focuses on ensuring excellent tenant experience, smooth operational flow, and efficient management of leases, maintenance, and property records.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact person for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage tenant onboarding and move-out processes, ensuring all documentation and requirements are properly completed and recorded.
- Oversee lease agreements and related contracts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper filing.
- Monitor rent payments, utility charges, and other fees, ensuring timely collection and follow-up on outstanding balances.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with service providers to ensure quality and timely completion of work.
- Support leasing activities by handling inquiries, scheduling property viewings, and assisting in occupancy optimization efforts.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date property records, including contracts, tenant files, payment history, and compliance documents.
- Prepare regular reports on occupancy, collections, tenant status, and overall property performance.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Finance, Admin, Procurement, and Management to support smooth property operations and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in property management, leasing, or real estate operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with record-keeping, leasing processes, and basic property operations is an advantage
