JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Bachelor's degree graduate of Accountancy or Major in Accounting
2. Certified Public Accountant is an advantage.
3. Minimum of two (2) years of solid experience in General Accounting
(Financial Statements, Tax compliance & Audits)
4. Good interpersonal skills
5. Experience in customer service field is an advantage
6. Willing to work on-site (MOA, Pasay City) from Monday to Friday 9am -6pm
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Timely and accurate release of monthly statement of accounts
2. Implementation of collection policy
3. Ensure collections are deposited intact within set cut-off
4. Monthly preparation of bank reconciliation
5. Timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial reports:
6. Updated Audited Financial Statements
7. 100% filing of BIR returns and other government agencies requirements within deadline
8. Assist in preparation and review of annual budget
9. Management of handled property expense thru compliance with set procurement and disbursement process
10. Special projects/tasks related to position
