JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
- With at least two (2) to three (3) years of relevant general accounting and other work-related experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service field is an advantage
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Regular (at least once a week) site visit of assigned properties.
- Timely and accurate release of monthly statement of accounts
- Implementation of collection policy
- Ensure collections are deposited intact within set cut-off and daily collection reports are prepared and reviewed on time.
- Monthly preparation of bank reconciliation
- Timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial reports:
- Balance Sheet
- Profit & Loss
- Collection Efficiency
- Accounts Receivable Aging
-Cash Position and Cash Flow
-Other related reports that may be required
- Updated Audited Financial Statements
- 100% filing of BIR returns and other government agencies requirements within deadline
- Income Tax Returns
- VAT Returns
- Withholding Tax Returns
- Assist in preparation and review of annual budget
- Management of handled property expense thru compliance with set procurement and disbursement process.
