The Project Site Officer serves as the project champion and liaison for the site. Beyond overseeing showroom operations, this role is dedicated to driving sales by empowering cross-selling teams from various Ayala Land premium sales channels and teams. The Officer is responsible for equipping external sales partners with product knowledge, managing high-touch site experiences, and providing closing support to ensure conversion for referred clients.
Minimum Qualifications
- Internal Sales Advocacy & Cross-Selling: Actively promote assigned projects to other Ayala Land premium sales teams to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
- Sales Enablement & Training: Lead comprehensive project briefings and technical trainings for diverse sales teams to ensure they are well-versed in project selling points and inventory.
- Site Experience Management: Conduct professional site tours and showroom presentations, tailoring the experience to meet the specific needs of referred clients and their agents.
- Closing Assistance: Partner with in-house and cross-brand sellers to handle client inquiries, overcome objections, and provide the necessary administrative support to close sales.
- Stakeholder Relations: Maintain a strong presence as the on-site expert, fostering collaborative relationships with ALISI, ALP, and other business units.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and analyze daily/monthly traffic and conversion reports, providing insights into walk-in trends and cross-brand referral success.
