This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Sales Associate located in Cagayan de Oro City. The Project Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's lighting products and solutions to clients, managing client accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with customers, conducting project site visits, preparing quotations, and ensuring that client needs and project requirements are met efficiently.

• Skills in sales, account management, and customer relationship management
• Experience in preparing project proposals, conducting site visits, and ensuring client satisfaction
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using basic office and productivity tools such as MS Office
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
• Flexibility to meet deadlines and demonstrate strong attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
• Prior experience in sales, particularly in lighting or related industries, is a plus but not required
