Role Description
This is a full-time / part-time, on-site role based in Cagayan de Oro, Northern Mindanao, Philippines, for a Salesperson. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property viewings, and guiding customers through the buying, selling, and leasing processes. The role requires market research, negotiation skills, and an understanding of customer needs to provide tailored real estate solutions and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills, client relationship management, and excellent communication abilities
- Experience in sales, real estate transactions, and customer service
- Analytical thinking and market research skills
- Negotiation and problem-solving expertise
- Self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in property management and real estate software is a plus
- Familiarity with the Northern Mindanao real estate market is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
