Job Description

The Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of IT projects by overseeing their overall progression, documentation, and reporting from initiation to closure. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to track project performance, ensure the timely delivery of project milestones, and align resources efficiently. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and partners, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution and successful completion.
  • Track project performance and analyze progress against short-term and long-term goals.
  • Act as the central communication hub for all project-related interactions among internal teams, clients, and partners.
  • Ensure all required resources, budgets, and materials are aligned to prevent project delays.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring timely submission to relevant stakeholders as per agreed schedules:
  • Project Implementation Plan (PIP) / Project Charter
  • Project Reporting / Milestone Reporting (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
  • Project As-Built Documentation
  • Project Acceptance (PA)
  • Conduct risk assessments and analysis to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to foster collaboration and project success.
  • Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales Engineers to ensure project alignment with design specifications.
  • Work with Systems Engineers to ensure smooth project deployment and technical feasibility.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and industry standards.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or any related field.
  • With atleast 4 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, facilities solutions, and project management processes.
  • Experience with IT project management methodologies, procedures, documentation, and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address project challenges effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
