Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, JIRA, or Asana. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements. Exceptional client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first line of contact for stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and clients to provide updates and address any issues. Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders and senior management. Manage project changes and ensure all changes are documented and approved.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation. Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency.
