Project Manager

Lead projects. Drive progress. Make things happen.

We're looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure, accountability, and momentum to both our internal initiatives and client-facing projects.

This role is more than simply tracking timelines. You'll work closely with department heads, internal teams, clients, and senior leadership to make sure projects move from planning to execution to successful delivery. You'll be the person who keeps everyone aligned, spots potential roadblocks before they become problems, and makes sure commitments are delivered.

What You'll Do:

Own & Drive Projects

• Lead and coordinate projects across different departments, from planning through successful completion.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Keep projects moving by identifying risks, bottlenecks, and potential delays early.
• Work with project owners and teams to implement solutions and keep deliverables on track.

Improve How We Work

• Review existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Recommend and drive process improvements across departments.
• Help ensure that policies, procedures, and quality standards are consistently followed.
• Challenge existing ways of working and help teams find smarter, more effective approaches.

Connect Teams & Stakeholders

• Work closely with department heads and project owners to align initiatives with organizational priorities.
• Create accountability around project timelines, commitments, and deliverables.
• Facilitate discussions, resolve roadblocks, and help teams work through challenges.
• Build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Manage Client Projects

• Serve as a key project partner in ensuring client projects are planned, executed, and delivered according to agreed requirements.
• Work with clients and internal teams to define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure client commitments are delivered on time and to the expected quality standards.
• Ensure regular and meaningful project updates are prepared and presented to clients and management.

Bring Visibility & Accountability

• Provide the CEO and senior leadership with clear, timely updates on critical projects.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards, reports, and performance trackers.
• Monitor project performance, timelines, efficiency metrics, and compliance.
• Ensure key processes and policies are regularly reviewed and kept up to date.
• Support management with meeting preparation, calendar coordination, and high-quality written communications when needed.
