Project Manager

About the Role

Behaviorally is hiring a Project Manager to manage quantitative and qualitative market research projects from setup through completion. This role requires strong ownership, clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to manage several projects with competing deadlines. You will work with research teams, clients, suppliers, programmers, and internal operations teams to keep projects on time, within budget, and aligned with quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple active market research projects at the same time
• Monitor project performance, including timelines, costs, incidence, quotas, completes, and supplier delivery
• Identify risks early and take action before they affect timing, cost, or quality
• Make day-to-day project decisions without waiting for constant direction
• Communicate clear updates on project status, risks, actions, and next steps
• Escalate issues early and provide a recommended course of action
• Manage supplier performance and address delays, quality concerns, or pricing issues
• Monitor and control project costs against the approved budget
• Support project closeout, cost reconciliation, and final documentation

• Ability to work independently and use sound judgment
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to remain effective when priorities change or projects fall behind schedule
• Experience managing suppliers, project costs, and delivery timelines
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, including formulas, lookups, filters, and pivot tables

Preferred Experience

• Market research, data collection, fieldwork, panel, or research operations experience
• Experience managing quantitative or qualitative research projects
• Experience monitoring incidence, quotas, completes, and fieldwork progress
• Experience with Decipher, Monday.com, or similar platforms
• Experience working with U.S.-based or global teams and suppliers
