Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager position located in Quezon City. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating logistics, tracking project milestones, and liaising with stakeholders. The Project Manager will address project challenges, handle communication with vendors, manage the expediting process, and ensure seamless collaboration among all involved teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management, with proven experience in leading and managing projects to successful completion.
• Strong skills in Expediting and Expeditor-related tasks to ensure timely and efficient procurement and delivery of resources.
• Experience in Inspection processes to guarantee adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Competence in Logistics Management, including coordination of resources and materials to optimize project timelines.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in an on-site environment and lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Experience in the petroleum or energy industry is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required.
