Technical Project Lead (Network Infrastructure Project Manager)

Location: Onsite - 1550 Metro Manila, Philippines

Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (Required to align with our client's customers +vendors also based in the US)

Duration: 6-Month fulltime contract with potential extensions

We are seeking a Technical Project Lead with a strong infrastructure and networking background to support a large, nationally recognized healthcare organization. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to enterprise-scale technology initiatives that support critical healthcare operations across the United States. This position is fully onsite and requires availability during standard Eastern Time business hours.

You'll work closely with technical and business leaders, help drive critical projects forward, and gain exposure to complex networking, cloud, and infrastructure environments that operate at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent infrastructure projects from initiation through implementation
• Coordinate activities across networking, cloud, architecture, and infrastructure teams
• Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
• Serve as the central point of communication between technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and customers
• Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and executive updates
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are understood and delivered successfully
• Track project progress and workstreams using Jira and ServiceNow
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining delivery timelines
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused communication

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading infrastructure-focused IT projects
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure environments, including routing, switching, firewalls, and enterprise networking concepts
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Jira
• Proven customer-facing or stakeholder-facing experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Healthcare industry experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience supporting large enterprise environments
