Senior Project Manager CPG/FMCG | Japanese Speaking

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple product innovation and new product development projects from concept to launch for a global CPG/FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project coordination across product and packaging innovation.
• Manage timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and project documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in a global environment.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and deadlines.
• Support new product lifecycle activities from concept development through launch.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Project Management experience OR 5+ years in New Product Lifecycle/NPD.
• 3+ years of experience in the CPG/FMCG industry
• Japanese proficiency
• Experience in product innovation, packaging, or New Product Development.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or Jira is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.
