Purpose of the Job
The Project Manager will be responsible for our in-house delivery teams and offshore project teams. They will oversee every aspect of these projects, from concept creation and kick-off stage through launch and continued maintenance. This role will be a key contributor in driving efficiency, achieving successful objectives and ensuring quality outputs are achieved at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive projects from brief through to execution, including adherence to timelines and deadlines, scheduling meetings and reviews, managing project budgets (where applicable) & tracking utilization
- Mitigate against risk by identifying potential issues within a project or team and manage implications through prioritization, delegation of tasks, managing resources effectively and/or requirements
- Understand and manage agreed scope of work from brief to delivery
- Exemplify clear communication, emphasizing transparency, collaboration, and shared goals
- Prepare weekly/daily/as-needed status updates to all team members high transparency and accountability expected
- Champion delivery through our existing processes and always look for opportunities to refine
- Manage project finance documentation i.e. estimates, PO's, supplier on-boarding etc.
- Define project plan and timeline, managing workflow and keeping teams informed
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of projects from start to completion, including key internal stakeholder management
- Monitoring project costs to ensure that they stay within budget parameters
- Support company goals and objectives, identifying business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve them
- Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Develop and maintain project schedules, workflows and status
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- Proven experience in print and digital marketing and familiarity with emerging technologies
- Strong understanding of industry trends, standards, and best practices
- Project management expertise, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Working knowledge of Workfront and Skills Workflow (desirable)
- Expertise in resource planning, allocation, and team management
