The Project Manager is responsible for leading and governing U.S. healthcare programs
across operations, technology, and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding
of the U.S. healthcare system, including payer and provider environments, regulatory
requirements, and HIPAA-compliant operations. The Project Manager ensures initiatives are
delivered on time, within scope, and in full regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead end-to-end delivery of U.S. healthcare projects, including implementations,
onboarding, and operational transitions
● Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
● Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, IT, compliance, QA, and
healthcare SMEs
● Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PHI handling, and client contractual requirements
● Manage risks, issues, and change requests with proactive mitigation strategies
● Provide executive-level status reporting, governance updates, and KPI tracking
● Support audits, client reviews, and healthcare compliance assessments
Required Qualifications
● 5+ years of project management experience with direct exposure to U.S. healthcare
programs
● Strong working knowledge of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem (payer, provider, PBM, or
care management)
● Hands-on experience with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy requirements
● Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams in regulated
environments
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
● Prior medical or clinical experience (e.g., nursing, medical administration, clinical
coordination) is highly desirable
● PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification
● Experience supporting healthcare contact centers or healthcare BPO environments
● Familiarity with healthcare systems such as EHR/EMR, CRM, or reporting platforms
