Technical Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• To provide and offer support services to operations through project management and other customized engineering services
• Prepares the budget for repairs and maintenance
• Ensures compliance with all government requirements
• Assists the General Manager, Property Manager and Engineering Manager in all technical aspects of the building
• Contribute in business development and secure Project Management services for the group
• Do other tasks necessary for the technical aspect of the work

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer, preferably with a background in Business Management.
• Preferably with 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Willing to work in Cebu City.
