Job Description
I. Project Planning & Execution
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for rooftop or utility-scale solar projects.
II. Permitting & Compliance
Manage necessary permits, including Net Metering applications and local city hall permits.
III. Site Management & Safety
Supervise installation teams, conduct inspections, and ensure strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) policies.
IV. Technical Oversight
Provide troubleshooting support, review designs, and coordinate with engineers/suppliers for equipment.
V. Stakeholder Communication
Act as the primary liaison between clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments.
Minimum Requirements: (Qualifications required for the position)
Education: Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
Licensure: Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) is highly preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in solar, renewable energy, or construction project management.
Skills: Strong leadership, proficient in project management software, and excellent communication skills.
