Job Summary And Description:
We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the projects involving Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS) from the initial phase of planning, execution, and until its completion stage. The role requires coordination with clients, in-house engineers, skill-based workers, and other departments within the company.
- Must possess a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any similar degree.
- Must be a licensed engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Fire Detection and Alarm System, installation practices, and troubleshooting is an advantage.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management Spearhead the planning and management of FDAS projects from initiation to completion.
- Communication Provide regular progress reports, documentations and updates to management and clients.
- Procurement and Resource Coordination Manage equipment and materials to be used.
- Testing and Handover Oversee testing of FDAS and manage the project handover to the client.
- Risk and Quality Management Identify project risks and ensure adherence to company quality control procedures.
