DESCRIPTION

Project Management

• Ensures smooth coordination internally across all departments regarding the completion of projects
• Oversees all aspects of projects from initial site inspection to punchlisting
• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors and summarizes progress of project
• Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project
• Attends to all Pre-construction, During and After Construction concerns – from reviewing of costs of civil/modules to project turn over
• Liaises with AE, clients, designers, contractors and mall admin to ensure projects are within timelines, guidelines, quality standards and budget.
• Conducts constant site monitoring during installations, and summarizes punchlists for rectifications
• Handles bidding: Quotation, Bidding summary, reviews project description (if the need arises)
• Daily monitoring and continuous updates to AE/Client of each project – planning, design, production, before/after installation reports, completion reports and project closing
• Discusses on updates on all ongoing projects, including issues and other related concerns
• Provides progress reports, photos through factory visits and installation supervisions frequently

Client Relations Management

• Provides timely and consistent communication to clients and internal team on the status of projects
• Negotiates with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met
• Assists in identifying, evaluating and accrediting outside vendors
• Facilitates flow of information to third parties
• Monitors and supports outside vendors work to ensure on-time delivery and production quality
• Meets with vendors to check factory during fabrication stage before installation
• Sets up standard module cost to analyze if the quotation provided by vendor is reasonable.
• Cost negotiation with suppliers
• Conducts annual exhibit to evaluate/source out new vendors
