Senior Project Manager (project initiation, governance, and business transformation)

The role requires the candidate to partner with Delivery Manager and Region leaders to manage and report diverse workstreams within the Bill to Cash program across portfolio. The role will involve working in a cross-functional environment to effectively report projects and track delivery.

A key project role that requires the candidate to provide effective project management by:

• Defining project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and success criteria in partnership with

business and delivery teams

• Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, trackers, and key project artefacts to support

delivery governance

• Tracking progress against plan, identifying delivery risks and issues early, and maintaining RAID

logs with clear mitigation actions

• Coordinating cross-functional teams and managing dependencies across Finance, HR, IT, and

other impacted business areas

• Preparing status updates, governance materials, and action trackers to support transparent

reporting and decision-making

• Interpreting business requirements and translating them into structured project activities,

deliverables, and follow-up actions

Preferred knowledge on tools

o Portfolio reporting tools, Office 365 (Co-Pilot/ Microsoft Teams/ SharePoint Online), MS

Excel

• Qualifications:

o Minimum bachelor's degree a must

o Strong Project Management skills

o Must be intermediate level in MS Excel, PowerPoint and other office applications.

• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

o Excellent attention to detail

o Highly organised

o Good understanding of project delivery to be able to challenge

o Ability to work in a very sensitive and confidential environment.

o Proactive approach, results focused, highly motivated, self-starter, critical thinker and

problem-solver

o Ability to closely partner with senior stakeholders, Project Manager and Programme

Managers (across geographies) on projects.
