Job Description

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in IT or a related field and relevant project management certificates.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in IT Project/PMO support.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP HCM and project management tools. (e.g. MS Project). Additional experience in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and Microsoft 365 will be advantageous.
  • Background in SCM, Airlines, Logistics, Retail, or Manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.

Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master (at least one required)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support project planning, milestone tracking, and progress reporting across concurrent initiatives.
  • Maintain project documentation, risk registers, issue logs, and action trackers in line with dnata standards.
  • Drive systematic follow-ups with stakeholders, ensuring actions, decisions, and deadlines are closed on time.
  • Monitor quick wins (automation, licensing, optimization) and track realized benefits.
  • Proactively maintain and update RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs for all active projects.
  • Track dependencies across initiatives and ensure they are communicated and managed effectively.
  • Prepare concise project updates, dashboards, and presentations for Steering Committees, CAB, and other governance forums.
  • Ensure alignment with dnata and Emirates Group IT (EGIT) project governance frameworks.
  • Support financial tracking (budgets, TCO analysis, cost savings reporting).
  • Act as a coordination point between IT, business functions (HR, Finance, Operations), and external vendors/SIs.
  • Facilitate workshops, prepare communication packs, and support change management activities.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies in clear business-friendly language.
  • Assist in project rollout activities such as end-user communication, training scheduling, and cutover planning.
  • Support incident follow-up activities and lessons learned documentation like remediation actions.
  • Promote team engagement through initiatives like IT in Action sharing sessions.
