Performs a technical, organizational and supervisory role on construction projects
He micromanage the project
He does all coordination in the project
Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
He directs all site staffs
Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force;
Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plans and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
Preparing reports as required;
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil).
Preferably from AAA construction company
At least 5 yrs or more year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must conform with ISO 9001 standards in the performance of this role and ensure that all processes are delivering the intended results or outcome or to take the necessary corrective action as promptly as possible.

Can handle and finish a project independently

Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
