Drafter/Designer

We are currently seeking a Drafter / Designer to join a growing architectural joinery team, supporting design and drafting deliverables across a range of projects.

Full-time | 40 hours per week

Remote (Philippines)

About the Role

In this role, you will support project delivery through technical drafting, coordination, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with the Head Architect and project team to ensure designs are accurate, aligned, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings for joinery projects
• Support project coordination across multiple stakeholders
• Liaise with builders and external partners to ensure design accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on project requirements
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation for ongoing projects

About You

• Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in drafting work
• Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a growing environment
• Comfortable working in a remote, international team setting

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in a drafting/design role
• Experience in joinery drafting is essential
• Proficiency in Cabinet Vision software
• Familiarity with architectural drawings and builder coordination
• Open to a hybrid work setup in the future (office may be established in PH)
• Available to start ASAP

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (AEST)
