We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Solar Project Engineer Head to lead and oversee the engineering aspects of our solar projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy systems, a passion for renewable energy, and the technical expertise to ensure the successful construction, management, development, and implementation of solar projects.
- Proven track record in supervising installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems (residential, commercial, or utility scale).
- Familiarity with local permitting and utility interconnection processes.
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders (clients, contractors, suppliers).
- Proficient in project documentation, scheduling (e.g., MS Project), and reporting.
- Strong Project Management and Communication Skills
- Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
- Project Management: Experience with project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Other: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
