Know More About the Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering or BS Architecture, preferably with PRC License
- With at least (2) years of experience in Project Management
- Adept in using Engineering software (AutoCAD, Google Sketch, etc.)
- Knowledgeable in government mandated restrictions or codes for construction

The Project Engineer shall ensure that all major construction projects are delivered on time and within an approved budget.
Responsibilities
Pre-Construction or Design Phase
- Conduct site inspection and measurement.
- Produce detailed technical/engineering drawings that are within government and company standards.
- Collaborate with end users for requirements.
- Calculates in-house estimate of project cost.
- Present to management initial cost calculations for approval.
- Administer pre-bid conferences in coordination with the purchasing team.
Construction
- Conducts site visits to ensure quality and timeliness of work done by contractor.
- Validate any changes/discrepancy in plans for change orders submitted by contractor.
- Handles billing and documents.
