The Project Development Manager will be in charge of the development and management of real estate projects including but not limited to:
- Industrial Lots (Batangas, Tarlac, Cebu)
- Commercial Lots (Batangas)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Providing strategic direction, oversight, and guidance in the conceptual planning and execution of technical and financial feasibility studies for pipeline projects.
- Leading project approvals and securing management endorsements and investments.
- Ensuring the financial health and profitability of projects through effective budget planning, monitoring, and cost control
- Overseeing project implementation, milestone achievement, and risk management to ensure timely and successful delivery
- Fostering strong collaboration and alignment with Project Delivery, Commercial Strategy, Operations, Estate Development, Strategy & Investments Finance, other Corporate Shared Units (CSUs), and external stakeholders.
