Summary
The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and tracking of multiple print and digital projects. This role partners closely with the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to coordinate schedules, tasks, resources, and communication across teams, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with established processes.

Essential Functions
Project Planning, Tracking, and Delivery Support
- Supports project planning by coordinating timelines, tasks, and deliverables across print and digital projects
- Creates, maintains, and updates project plans, schedules, and status reports
Cross-Functional Coordination and Communication
- Acts as a daytoday liaison between teams ensuring clear communication, alignment on priorities, and timely sharing of project updates.
- Communicates changes to plans, timelines, or scope clearly and promptly, ensuring teams understand impacts and next steps
Risk, Issue, and Change Management Support
- Proactively identifies risks, issues, scope changes, and potential impacts to schedule or budget
- Escalates concerns appropriately and partners with the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on mitigation and resolution
Schedule, Resource, and System Management
- Ensure schedules and resources are accurately planned and maintained within the internal project management system
- Manages shared resource priorities and helps resolve conflicts in close collaboration with other Project Managers
Financial Tracking and Reporting Support
- Tracks project budgets, burn, and estimates against scope
- Flags variances early and assists in preparing financial and status reports as needed

Process Adherence and Execution Support
- Demonstrates working knowledge of all print processes and understands the elements of digital execution processes
- Able to quickly grasp The Bloc's ways of working and enforces said processes correctly
Professional Communication and Collaboration
- Exhibits strong listening skills and communicates effectively and tactfully to support alignment, resolve issues, and build team consensus

- Completes time sheets accurately and on time
- Willingness to work overtime hours as needed to support project delivery

Qualifications
- College graduate/bachelor's degree
- Strong command of the English language with proficiency in correct grammar usage
- 1- to 3 years of project management experience (print and digital experience) in an agency or similar environment. Pharmaceutical experience a plus
- Preferably with account management experience
- Meticulous, organized, dependable, and self-starter
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project
- Knowledge of Mac/PC environment
- Applicants must be willing to work Hybrid arrangements
- This is a full-time position (40+ working hours per week)
