Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Prepare, update, and maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards.
- Design and deliver high-impact, visually compelling MS PowerPoint presentations for project updates, executive reviews, steering committees, and client meetings.
- Translate complex project data into clear MS PowerPoint slides, including timelines, milestones, risks, KPIs, and progress summaries.
- Track project milestones, risks, issues, and action items, and follow up with responsible parties.
- Support project managers with meeting preparation, MS PowerPoint slide development, agenda creation, and minutes of meetings.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize project data to produce accurate weekly and monthly reports, presented effectively through PowerPoint decks.
- Communicate project progress, changes, and issues to internal teams and stakeholders using professional presentation materials.
- Assist with resource coordination and task assignment across teams.
- Ensure adherence to project standards, processes, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2 years of experience in a project coordination or project support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint , including:
- Executive-level slide design
- Data visualization (charts, graphs, dashboards)
- Consistent formatting, branding, and storytelling
- Strong experience in creating executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and project status decks .
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a strong advantage.
