Job Summary

The Sales Operations Project Coordinator (PC) works closely with Account Managers to source merchandise and maintain project health and deliverables through the full project lifecycle.  This role includes timeline and management of many internal and external stakeholders, ensuring maximizing profitability and client experience through expert sourcing, quoting, and following the project through delivery. This role is client facing and part of an account team assigned to special verticals that require a superior level of project management to achieve the service level we are known to provide. 

Experience Requirements

  • 1-3 years project manager experience, experience trafficking projects successfully between multiple client stakeholders, internal teams and suppliers/providers.
  • 1+ years working with sales and account teams, client services experience
  • 1+ years experience and knowledge of materials production (print and paper, packaging, hard-good and soft-good lines; promotional and imprinted merchandise experience preferred
  • Experience in brand standards management or liaising with large organization brand teams a plus.

Job Skills & Traits

  • Confidence in Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Project or similar project management system strongly preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills, including timeline management, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail oriented, deadline driven environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; Self-directed but comfortable working in remote team and client environment, and comfortable working in collaborative team-oriented organizational structures.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in the face of stressful times, change or in situations of ambiguity



Duties & Responsibilities

  • Business liaison between client and BDA with focus on coordination of deliverables from opportunity to invoice, including post-project KPIs and post-mortems.
  • Tenacious desire to negotiate and improve costs, quality, process, and delivery in partnership with account team.
  • Become an expert in the client's business, their industry, competitors, and objectives to deliver optimum solutions and achieve sales revenue targets.
  • Active support of new business opportunities, bid exercises, and requests for proposal.
  • Develop detailed project timelines and coordinate sourcing, costing, and pricing.
  • Partner with sales to source and prepare innovative product offerings.
  • Participate in team and client-facing meetings.
  • Support the achievement of team initiatives and individual performance metrics.
  • Act as the liaison between internal sales & sales ops team members for oversight and timeline management on complex, high dollar, and/or VIP opportunities to ensure we meet all client deliverables.
  • Work in partnership with other Project Managers to train, provide direction, and oversee internal team members to complete designated tasks.
  • Other job duties and projects as assigned.
