Your Role: As a Project Coordinator, you will:
- Provide coordination and administrative support for ICT projects and infrastructure
- Maintain project documentation including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and Agile ceremonies.
- Track project progress against timelines and escalate delays when necessary.
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure compliance with ICT governance.
What You Need:Non-negotiables- 2-3 years of experience in ICT project coordination or PMO support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
Preferred skills/expertise- Exposure to ICT infrastructure and application projects.
- Basic understanding of networking, cloud, and security principles.
- Certification in ITIL Foundation.
- Certification in Agile Fundamentals.
