Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to management. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them. - Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports to track progress and outcomes. - Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Financial Management, Vendor Management. - Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement. - Proficient in project management software and tools to facilitate project tracking and reporting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
