The Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordination, tracking and management of all TES exhibit related projects. Duties include project intake, resource planning, tracking and reporting of exhibit related change requests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with exhibit coordinators, exhibit developers, UAT Team, and IT personnel for impact analysis of change requests and enhancements and as an investigative liaison
- Intake change request and coordinate with applicable teams to execute deliverables
- Develop and manage project plans for forecasting, tracking, resource planning, estimation and reporting of initiatives.
- High level business requirements documentation
- Maintenance of document repositories for SOPs, P&Ps, and FAQs
Education and Experience
- At least 2nd year college undergraduate
- With at least 2 years experience in related field is preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks and documentation
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across teams
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word; Project is a plus)
- Experience in tracking tasks, reporting, or coordinating projects/initiatives is an advantage
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support cross-functional requirements
- Willingness to learn and apply process improvements and documentation standards
