Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
Licensed Engineer is an advantage
Work Experience
Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in plastic injection molding
At least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Technical Skills
Injection molding processes and defect analysis
Plastic materials and mold fundamentals
Process optimization and troubleshooting
ISO / IATF quality systems knowledge
Behavioral Competencies
Strong leadership and people management skills
Analytical and data-driven decision-making
Effective communication and coordination
High integrity and safety orientation
