Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
  • Licensed Engineer is an advantage
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in plastic injection molding
  • At least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Injection molding processes and defect analysis
  • Plastic materials and mold fundamentals
  • Process optimization and troubleshooting
  • ISO / IATF quality systems knowledge
