Job Description

Responsible for overseeing operations in Production & Warehouse, ensuring alignment with company goals, efficient resource use, and compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and strategic plans.
  • Drive performance management and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and manage operational improvement projects.
  • Plan and allocate resources to achieve departmental targets.
  • Manage operations and monitor efficiency of resource utilization.
  • Coach, mentor, and evaluate team members for professional growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, food safety, and quality standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Applications.
  • Skilled in production planning, people management, and decision-making.

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time, 6 days/week with shifting schedules (including graveyard, holidays, and weekends).
  • Requires frequent coordination, physical activity, and use of PPE.
