Job Title:SAP Production Planning Consultant(Control Discrete Industries)

Job Type: Hybrid (8 days per month onsite)

Location: Mandaluyong,1550, PH

Position Type: 6 Months Contract

Job Summary

As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project goals are met, providing guidance and support to your team members, and engaging in problem-solving activities to address challenges that arise during the development process. You will also be responsible for making key decisions that impact the project and ensuring that the team remains aligned with the overall objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.

- Mentor and support team members in their professional development and technical skills.

- Continuously assess project progress and implement improvements to enhance team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.

- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Life Sciences.

- Strong understanding of production planning processes and methodologies.

- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP applications to meet business needs.

- Proficient in analyzing production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.

- This position is based at our Manila office.
