Responsible for overseeing operations in Production & Warehouse, ensuring alignment with company goals, efficient resource use, and compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and strategic plans.
- Drive performance management and continuous improvement.
- Lead and manage operational improvement projects.
- Plan and allocate resources to achieve departmental targets.
- Manage operations and monitor efficiency of resource utilization.
- Coach, mentor, and evaluate team members for professional growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, food safety, and quality standards.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Applications.
- Skilled in production planning, people management, and decision-making.
Work Conditions:
- Full-time, 6 days/week with shifting schedules (including graveyard, holidays, and weekends).
- Requires frequent coordination, physical activity, and use of PPE.
