• Prepare detailed construction cost estimates for residential projects
• Review building plans, specifications, and tender documents
• Conduct material take-offs and cost breakdowns
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
• Assist in variation costing and cost adjustments
• Ensure estimates align with project budgets and timelines
