Duties And Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and monitor contractors billings, progress claims, and supporting technical documents.
- Prepare, review, and implement design and construction drawing revisions arising from approved project changes.
- Maintain accurate and updated project records, including drawings and as-built plans for existing billboard structures.
- Monitor and verify actual construction works to ensure strict compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Support internal inspections, site evaluations, and compliance audits.
- Prepare in-house project cost estimates, cost comparisons, and value engineering analyses.
- Evaluate contractors quotations, variation orders, and technical proposals for cost efficiency and compliance.
- Review construction drawings and project proposals to ensure technical accuracy, constructability, and regulatory compliance.
- Track project milestones, analyze progress, and prepare executive-level project status and performance reports.
- Assist in contract administration, including documentation, change management, and compliance tracking.
Educational Background And Work Experiences
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Preferably Licensed Civil Engineer
- Atleast 1-2 years experience in construction industry
- Knowledgeable in Auto Cad software or other equivalent engineering drawing tool
Technical Competencies
- Strong command of construction methods, structural detailing, and design interpretation.
- Proficiency in CAD software and construction documentation systems.
- Proven capability in preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and technical evaluations.
- Solid understanding of contract administration and construction compliance processes.
- Preferably familiar or knowledgeable with VISMIN Local Dialects
Work Set-up
- Assigned in Pasay office but will monitor VISMIN Operations
