Work Shift: Night Shift
Budget: 110,000 PHP gross
We are looking for a Product Owner to join our product team and support delivery. In this role, you will work closely with the PM, engineering, and design to translate strategy into well-defined, executable work. You are a strong collaborator, a clear communicator, and someone who takes pride in keeping teams unblocked and moving forward.
This role is execution-focused and sits at the intersection of product and engineering. The ideal candidate is someone who has moved beyond pure process management and can think critically about what we are building and why. They should be a trusted partner to the PM, not just a coordinator, and someone who elevates the quality of what ships.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar delivery-focused product role within a SaaS B2B environment
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize a product backlog, run grooming ceremonies, and maintain a healthy, well-groomed pipeline of work
- Strong ticket-writing skills with the ability to translate PRDs and functional requirements into clear, actionable stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery across engineering, design, and other stakeholders
- Comfortable weighing in on requirements and asking the right questions to surface gaps before work begins
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of keeping distributed teams aligned
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or GCP products and administration workflows
- Experience working on admin-facing or IT-focused SaaS platforms
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment where processes are still being defined

- Ability to work closely with and report directly to the Sr. Product Manager
- Comfort operating across multiple product lines simultaneously without losing attention to detail
- Experience working in an agile environment with a consistent delivery cadence
