Job Description

The Product Manager will join the Product & Design Team to own and maintain the product backlog, translate product vision into clear, testable requirements, and drive measurable value through data-informed decisions in an Agile/Scrum environment. This role serves as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and the delivery team, ensuring alignment on priorities, scope, and timelines while supporting continuous improvement across product discovery and delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring items are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.
  2. Translate product vision and roadmap into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
  3. Make day-to-day decisions on scope, trade-offs, and prioritization to maximize product value.
  4. Participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives).
  5. Elicit, analyze, and document business, user, and system requirements through workshops, interviews, and data analysis.
  6. Map current-state and future-state processes, identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  7. Ensure requirements are feasible, testable, and clearly understood by both technical and non-technical teams.
  8. Support UAT by defining test cases and validating delivered features against requirements.
  9. Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and the delivery team.
  10. Align multiple stakeholders around priorities, scope, and timelines.
  11. Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively.
  12. Use data, analytics, and user feedback to inform decisions and iteration.
  13. Track success metrics and outcomes post-launch to guide enhancements.
  14. Contribute to improving product discovery, agile practices, and delivery processes.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in app or software development.
  3. Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  4. Strong experience writing user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  5. Comfortable working with mobile and/or web applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication.
  3. Stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  4. Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  5. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
  6. Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret basic product and business metrics.
  7. Experience managing internal systems (e.g., ERP, contract management, supply chain, CRM, HRIS) and system integrations, with strong stakeholder and Agile/Scrum collaboration.
  8. Experience in healthtech, fintech, or B2C apps.
  9. Exposure to API integrations and system workflows.
  10. Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Business Analysis certifications.
