Job Description:

Product development: Understand product requirements from business and R&D stakeholders. Translate the needs into clear development requirements, leverage AI and work closely with developers to support feature development and optimization of our management platform
Product support: Collect user feedback and help address product questions, issues, and bugs.
Performance analysis: Collect and analyze R&D teams key performance data. Summarize findings to support leadership decisions.
Project management: Support project planning, milestone tracking, and documentation. Assist in improving project management processes, reporting, and communication efficiency. Prepare regular updates and reports for internal stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Data, or related fields.
Experience working with engineering or product teams is a plus
Basic understanding of product development lifecycle and agile ways of working.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
High attention to detail strong sense of responsibility and follow-through adaptive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
