Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Manager based in Metro Manila. The Product Manager will oversee the entire product lifecycle, including planning, development, and launch. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, defining product strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring product performance, and driving improvements. The role necessitates effective stakeholder communication and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions that meet customer and market needs.

Qualifications

• Product management skills, including product lifecycle management, product planning, and roadmap development
• Research and analytical skills for market analysis, customer needs assessment, and product performance evaluation
• Project management and team collaboration skills, with experience in cross-functional team coordination
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to ensure efficient product delivery
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Healthcare Management, or related field
• Proficiency with product management tools and technologies is an advantage
