Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Manila. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of electronic products, from conception and development to launch and post-launch support. Core tasks include market research, identifying customer needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, setting product strategies, and ensuring product alignment with the company's goals. The role involves coordinating with sales and marketing teams to promote the products and analyzing performance data to improve the overall customer experience and product quality.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in product development, product lifecycle management, and strategic planning
- Experience in market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs
- Proficiency in cross-functional team collaboration and project management
- Knowledge of product marketing, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience with electronic products and familiarity with security and electronic systems is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in working with teams in a Southeast Asian market is a plus
- Ability to work onsite in Manila and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
