The Successful Applicant
A Successful Product Manager Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in product management/banking
- Certifications in product or project management an advantage
- Strong knowledge of payment systems, banking operations, regulations
- Execution Excellence, Collaboration, Self Development, Resiliency, Ethical Propensity, Stakeholder Management, Attention to Detail
- Risk awareness, Product lifecycle management, P&L management, governance, compliance, market analysis, Project Execution
