About The Role
As a
Payroll Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of all payroll initiatives related to product value proposition, servicing, and client onboarding. You will also be responsible for crafting retention and deposit build up programs for existing payroll retail clients and ensure payroll product profitability.
How You'll Contribute
- Translates actionable insights into product/program strategies and builds full roadmap for product value propositions
- Oversees product processes to ensure efficient execution of strategies and optimal customer experience
- End to end management and implementation of new product variants and offers, marketing programs, promos and incentive programs
- Effectively articulates product vision and strategies to different stakeholders, Business/Product Heads and Channel Heads.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in Industrial, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking
- At least 5-7 years of experience in Product Management
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills; Conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Project management skills
- Proficient in MS Tools (moderate to moderate Excel skills / advance PowerPoint skills)
- Hard-working and can work independently as well as with a group or across cross-functional teams.
