Job Description

Overview:

Lhoopa operates a mobile platform that supports its decentralized network of contractors, brokers, and field agents. As Product Manager, you will own and evolve this existing app, turning on-the-ground challenges into digital solutions that ship every sprint. Your focus: driving gains in partner activation, retention, and productivity through fast iteration, smart analytics, and cross-functional

collaboration.

You'll work alongside Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and Marketing, delivering impact through clear prioritization, strong influence, and precise execution. This role places you at the center of Lhoopa's expansion journey, with direct exposure to leadership and the opportunity to scale a product that improves lives on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Road-mapping

Define north-star metrics and a rolling quarterly roadmap that is updated after every sprint review.

Balance feature delivery with technical debt, stability, and scalability considerations.

Ensure all roadmap items are linked to clear partner outcomes and company objectives.

Partner Research and Experience Design

Conduct industry scans to identify potential strategic partners and acquisition targets.

Support the CSO in structuring JV proposals, strategic partnership presentations, and deal models.

Maintain and update databases related to developer partnerships, asset pipelines, and active negotiations.

Analytics and Continuous Improvement

Instrument funnel analytics and cohort dashboards to track partner activation, retention, and revenue contribution.

Identify drop-off points, propose experiments, and translate findings into actionable backlog items.

Present concise product health updates to leadership after each sprint, highlighting wins, learnings, and next bets.

Agile Planning and Delivery

Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release communications with Engineering and QA.

Drive continuous deployment practices that allow small, safe releases multiple times a week.

Coordinate launch activities with Operations and Growth, including collateral, training guides, and post-release monitoring.

Cross-Functional Influence

Act as the voice of the partner in priority discussions with Leadership Team members.

Facilitate decision-making workshops to align technical constraints with business impact.

Foster a culture of transparency, experimentation, and shared ownership

within the squad.

Qualifications

6 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years owning a live mobile product.

Proven success in gig-economy, logistics, fintech, ecommerce or field-service platforms in emerging markets.

Strong command of agile delivery, backlog tools, feature flagging, and modern product analytics.

Ability to translate complex operational workflows into simple mobile experiences that move key metrics.

Comfortable writing basic SQL or using BI dashboards (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker) to validate hypotheses.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
