Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the Country Head, manage the continuous evolvement of category product lines by developing strategies and tactics with the goal of improving overall company sales and profitability.
- Spearhead management of social media accounts of the company and assist the operation of on-going e-commerce line.
- Develop sales tools (brochures, detailing aid storyline, gimmicks, updated training materials) and prepare promo grid to support the Sales Force and the customers and to address any product line issues.
- Evaluate the effectivity of marketing programs, analyse market information and provide competitive report and price trends.
- Provide product expertise to fully assist the Sales Team and target customers through product training and refresher course.
- Aid in the management of internal and external groups to assure that marketing tactics are executed effectively.
- Keep track and update the inventory of marketing collaterals and suggest timeline of production.
- Assist in running cross-functional Product Management meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2+ years of experience in in product management and marketing expertise from a pharmaceutical/healthcare company.
Strong presentation and communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
