Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and highly analytical Product Manager with deep expertise in the Trading/ Fintech sector. In this role, you will lead the development of complex financial products, managing the balance between innovative user experiences and the rigorous technical and regulatory requirements of the fintech industry. You will be responsible for handling high-complexity workstreams and leading cross-functional teams to deliver world-class products for our international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Execution & Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery of 5–6 parallel initiatives within the Client Area, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate daily ceremonies for two dedicated development teams, maintaining consistent velocity and removing blockers.
- Team Management: Oversee two Business Analysts to translate complex fintech and regulatory requirements into structured, actionable technical specifications.
- Stakeholder Navigation: Serve as the primary point of contact for diverse stakeholders (Design, Compliance, Legal), expertly aligning conflicting priorities.
- Context Switching: Maintain high performance while rapidly shifting between independent project initiatives and unrelated technical tasks.
- Process Optimization: Thrive in environments with evolving processes and high legacy system dependencies, creating structure where it is needed most.
Requirements
- Experience: 4–7+ years in Product Management, Product Ops, or Technical Project Delivery.
- Industry Context: A proven track record in Outstaffing or Outsourcing models is essential. You must be comfortable managing client expectations without direct formal authority.
- Fintech Domain: Significant experience in Trading, Forex, Payments, or Crypto is a major advantage.
- Multitasking Mastery: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple independent projects simultaneously under high pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional English (C1/C2 level) with the assertiveness and political awareness required to manage stakeholders and push back effectively.
- Technical Intuition: Ability to visualize complex logic flows and provide high-level technical effort estimations.
- Resilience: High comfort level with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and corporate complexity.
